Kevin Skinner wins America’s got Talent!

You know, I still can not believe Kevin Skinner won America’s Got Talent! Many people didn’t think he was going to win over Barbara Padilla-but I knew he would. It was a close one though. I voted for him on my iPhone so many times and crossed my fingers hoping he would win, and he did!
I remember a few weeks ago when Sharon Osbourne told him he would be back in the top four, but then jokingly asked him to smile more. OK, he may not look like the most outgoing guy around, but I love the way he sings. It may be the nerves-who knows? I will admit I wasn’t much of a fan of country before listening to him, but I think this country crooner has got it going on in the vocal department-that’s for sure!
I am sure the folks back in Kentucky are just as ecstatic as I am that he won.
Way to go Kevin!
