The long awaited Apple iPad is finally here! This advanced piece of technology is actually a tablet computer which allows users to combine the conveniences of a Smartphone with the power of a conventional laptop. The iPad is also the first tablet computer released since the Apple Newton MessagePad 100, which was introduced way back in 1993.
